In response to your feedback about Clutter, we have set up a new mail rule. The rule will prevent the email system from marking any messages from Imperial email addresses as Clutter. This means that important emails, including IT notifications, course notices and more, won't be diverted from your inbox.
Clutter is an email filtering feature that learns which emails you interact with and which you don't. It is designed to improve productivity and is part of the new Office 365 email account system. Clutter is on by default but you can turn it off if you wish.
