I am having trouble downloading the UpToDate app

To access the UpToDate app:

First, register via the Imperial College London network.

• Go to www.uptodate.com/online and click on the “Login/Register” tab in the top right hand corner.
• If you already have an account with UpToDate and want to merge the accounts, then just log in.
• If you need to create a new account, register as a new user and create your username and password - you will use your username and password to access UpToDate from your mobile devices.
• Once you have registered, you will receive an email confirmation from UpToDate. The email will contain further instructions on downloading the UpToDate Mobile app.

You can now download the app, from your app store, on up to two devices.

Log in using the username and password you created during the registration process. In addition to the app, you will be able to access UpToDate from any computer with internet access using your username and password. 

30 day re-verification: in-application and email messaging will inform you of the need to verify your affiliation with Imperial College London. You can complete verification by logging in to UpToDate from a computer connected to the Imperial College London network every 30 days. 

Registration when off-campus: if you are away from the Imperial College London network, register for the app by searching for UpToDate via Library Search and use the link given in the "View It" tab - enter your College username and password as required.  Once you have entered your username and password, go to www.uptodate.com/online and click on the “Login/Register” tab in the top right hand corner and follow the instructions above.
