Why does the Central Library close on Friday nights?
The Central Library is open 24/7 except for Friday nights when we close at 23.00 and reopen at 10.00 on Saturday morning.
This closure period allows ICT to run important updates and maintenance to the PCs and laptops, and for any building maintenance work and cleaning to take place.
