Why do I receive a weekly Library Account Statement?

Every Monday the Library sends out a courtesy message summarizing what you have on loan. This will help you keep track of your items.

• Imperial staff, students and NHS staff have their items automatically renewed (unless an item is requested by another user or has reached its renewal limit).
• External borrowers should sign in to Library Search to renew items.

Please keep an eye out for any recalled items and those that have reached their renewal limit.

We will also send you a separate email when an item has reached its renewal limit or has been recalled, or when an item you have requested becomes available.
