If you would like to pre order your registration letter (e.g. Bank Letter, general statement of enrolment) before the start of term you will be able to do so once enrolled using the Request Documents tab on student e service.
Our Pre-Order service will be available between 8 – 27 September. Please allow 72 hours between ordering and collection, with the last collection day being 30 September. You will be able to collect your pre-ordered letters from the designated collection point at the Student Hub.
If you do not collect your letters by the 30 September and are living in halls your letters will be delivered to your halls in preparation for your arrival.
